Not good, food was rubbish and full of fat, I had a bacon roll full of fat that ran down the hands and onto my shirt and table after mopping it up the napkin was full of grease. The wet room didn't take all the water away and left pools of water in front of the toilet and sink area . No on site parking. Lift has a light hanging out of the ceiling with the cables showing.
Painfully long wait for below average food one of the items on my plate was not cooked.When I finally got the attention of the waitress and was able to show her the raw food she basically did nothing.Luckily it was not raw meat, all the meat was over cooked.
Lovely place in the rural market town of Driffield. The prices are good and the food and drink quality are excellent. Staff are polite and efficient.
Unfortunately this place we used to enjoy but seems to be on the slide now. After ordering two adults chicken and two children's beef we were surprised when they arrived as we thought they had it the wrong way round in the portion sizing, then found the potatoes rather greasy and funny tasting. Shame as had some good food here before.
Excellent lunch, so we returned to try the evening menu and weren't disappointed. The food was delicious. We will definitely return.
