I needed a car recovering to my home address, not a breakdown, it was off the road on SORN at another location. After being let down by another company I called in to ask if Shaws' could help me out and they could have not been more helpfull. The recovery vehicle arrived exactly at the time and day agreed and the transfer was all done and dusted within the hour and the technician was very cheerfull and upbeat in his work. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.
Car had a battery that had given up the will to live.Was stranded on my drive at home.I had no way to get anywhere with the car so I rang Shaws.The lad who answered the phone stated it wasn't a problem as they would jump start my car and then drive it to the garage to put in the new battery.The car was back in a flash with a smart new Bosch battery.Great service,keep up the good work .I will be there again for my mot later in the year.
