Gave my car reg number to buy engine oil, and was sold 5W/40, the most expensive, when my husband told me after that 10W/40 is much cheaper, and would be adequate for my car. (Renault Clio) I was never given a choice, (other than sizes) so now feeling a bit ripped off as a female trusting what I was being told.
Knowledgeable and friendly service. Quite often parts are at competitive prices and occasionally cheaper than the internet. I go here for most of my parts and will continue to do so.
