Great afternoon in the superspa with my daughter. Very relaxing facial. Very friendly staff would recommend. Good price only fault is the parking, very tight, spaces, but parking is available down the road.

Really lovely place; the hotel is really quirky, there's loads to look at, it's an OLD building but it's charming. The rooms are pretty decent too, very spooky though... Think 'Haunting of Hill House The Spa itself was MEGA had the super spa to ourselves for 45 minutes then moved on to the main spa but it was only us in there! So still very private. The staff were great and it was definitely worth the price. AFTERNOON TEA WAS BELTING. Who doesn't love a sandwich, a cuppa and some cake?
Had my daughter's Hen Party Spa Day here...It was a lovely afternoon in the spa nice friendly staff...unfortunately it was the afternoon tea that was the biggest let down 1 of the guests couldnt attend and we wasnt allowed the money back as they said they was already catered for yet they didnt send out enough food for 11 people, the cheesecake was sloppy and obviously a frozen one as there was water on the top tier, and other desserts were obviously bought in and slightly ammended...not what we expected at all & definately not worth 10 per head.
This was an amazing day. The staff where lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Paige who did my facial was brilliant. Only small thing was the swimming pool is the same depth and was too deep for my mum to stand in as she is only small.The afternoon tea was also lovely. Highly recommended.
