A thoughtful and clever memorial erected on the site of the old Lisset airbase. The metal sculpture of an air crew has the names of the 851 young men lost in action stamped into it.A wind farm has been built on the site, with each turbine named after one of the Halifax Bombers that were stationed there during WWII.
