Very pretty church
This unassuming Norman Church has a true hidden beauty. Set in the Yorkshire Wolds, walking through the door is like taking a trip to an Italian church. From the floor to the very top is beautifully painted. I was told it was covered up after the Reformation and was found during maintenance when the white wash started to peel. Their is plenty of information on the paintings in the church.Worth a visit brown signs will point you in the right direction. Street parking outside the church and a ramp is on hand for disabled visitors. Access to the church is via a few steps and a gravel path
