I suppose the question is how long do you wait for communication before you give it all up as a bad joke. Initial communication happened via a couple of emails on the 9th Jan but since then nothing.,nowt, zilch. Maybe my request was impossible to achieve, I don't know, but it really would have been nice-and more to the point courteous and respectful to at least tell me what I am asking is impossible to achieve rather than keep me hanging on and not bothering to contact me at all. I would have thought a small dealership like this would have performed better, but alas I was wrong. Needless to say I have taken my business elsewhere. Shame really as I really liked the product.
